First Week ... Part 2 (In Hua Hin)

Beach fun ... Check out the teeny-tiny banana. For a bunch of 'em Jim spent about 75 cents -- too much, but it made the vendor happy! And check out the size of that jellyfish! I had Jim get in the picture so that you had a perspective on the size of the thing!

Farther down, you'll notice some shots that look strangely like the U.S. Boy has now determined that he will definitely like visiting the U.S. because he now has great respect for outlet malls! He'd never been to one but when the prices are about the same as the local street market prices and if it says "Nike" it really IS Nike -- that's impressive. It was a little taste of home for the other three of us and Jeri and Boy got some much needed items so we were all quite thrilled. We even ate hotdogs in honor of Gramma (but, Mom, they weren't too great) Final shots are from the Hua Hin Train Station -- adorable, aye?

Aren't they the funniest? They've got a very sweet taste but there's more peel than fruit!
