There was a strange shade of beige overlaying our day at the beach due to the Harmattan season, which is late this year. (It's the winds bringing sand from the Sahara -- yes, check out your maps! That's a mighty wind!)

Yeah, it really is an amazing contrast and we usually DO feel like we're on another planet -- in more ways than one! But the more we travel, the smaller the world seems to become. And the commonalities between all people groups is phenomenal. It's our universal need for Jesus that draws us together the most!
